Welcome to Gaia Grace Pilates
We offer fun and dynamic mixed ability Pilates classes so whether you are new to the mat or an old hat we have exercises for all.
Our classes are 50 mins including a warm up, main phase full body low impact work out and a lovely cool down at the end.
There are many benefits to Pilates including strengthening, toning, it is fantastic for your posture and you will feel great after. See you on the mat!

Meet The Founder
Hi, I'm Emma, the founder of Gaia Grace Pilates and an enthusiastic Pilates practitioner! After becoming a mother of two, I retrained in Pilates and earned my Mat Pilates L3 & Reformer Pilates with HFE and YMCA, and Barre qualifications with Merrithew

At Gaia Grace Pilates we provide upbeat, dynamic classes that are fun and suitable for all abilities. We welcome you to join our growing community of Gracers!

While our team is led by women, we are not exclusive. We have male clients too! However, we prioritise the unique needs of our female clients and consider how aspects of femininity may impact their training requirements.
