Meet The Founder
Hi, I'm Emma, the founder of Gaia Grace Pilates and an enthusiastic Pilates practitioner! After becoming a mother of two, I retrained in Pilates and earned my Mat Pilates L3 & Reformer Pilates with HFE and YMCA, and Barre qualifications with Merrithew
At Gaia Grace Pilates we provide upbeat, dynamic classes in-person and online! Classes that are fun and suitable for all abilities. We welcome you to join our growing community of Gracers!
While our team is led by women, we are not exclusive. We have male clients too! However, we prioritise the unique needs of our female clients and consider how aspects of femininity may impact their training requirements.
